Problema allo scarico del lavandino

I was extremely disappointed by the staff attitude. Been a booking.com customer for 15 years and never left a negative review. I texted them the first day to say that the shower did not drain well and water was pooling. All I was expecting was a fast and no fuss unblocking the next morning. But the issue was there the next evening. I texted again to be met by a dismissive, rude and unprofessional host. He demanded a video proof which I sent, received no reply and no action until the third day. When contacted again, he became confrontational, insisting that his staff had checked and it's draining! The back and forth messaging was shocking: he was basically gasslighting me that the shower was draining as normal when it was NOT. He was rude, with no customer skill and importantly factually wrong and unable to admit it. Extremely disappointing.

It’s close to the center. It’s pretty inside.

The view from the building is disgusting. The sink was full, the towels smelled bad. There is no key only code which is loud.

Very oppressive room fragrance

Posizione ottima, vicinissima alla piazza de ferraris e di conseguenza alla metro. La stanza era carina e accogliente e la terrazza comune molto comoda. I proprietari sono gentili e disponibili, ci hanno permesso di lasciare i bagali prima e dopo il check in/out.

Красиве місце з дуже класним розташованем. Дух Італії можно побачити и пожити в цьому. Дуже красиво та колотирно! Близько до всіх красивых місць. Легко та комфортно жити. Дуже рекомендував! Це справжне насолодження!. Дуже рекомендую! Ви будете мати задоволення!
