Beautifully renovated and decorated. Comfortable and welcoming. Wonderful kitchen and convenient laundry. Terrific location. Parking area is covered and somewhat private so I was able to keep my bikes securely in my car.

I found the king size pillows were hard. But I found a softer pillow in the smaller bedroom closet😁 A comment not a criticism: The smart features were not as user-friendly as I would want. I also recommend replacing some electric receptacles with a combination of USB and standard outlet.

"Superb"

The house is clean and beautiful! Very functional. Easy to walk to everything. Quiet and safe. The bicycle!!! The front porch (loved sitting out there in the evening)

The temperature of the water in the shower fluctuated too much for my liking-I understand it was the on demand water heater-non the less-I found it annoying.
