The apartment is big, so you can fit 4 to 5 people easily. The neighborhood is quiet, and the view is quite nice.
There is no guaranteed parking space even if it says so. Yo have to kinda fight for it. I did manage to park every time, but on a different spot, and I did not feel my car was safe.
