We loved the location, the building was beautiful and had a rustic look about it, it was like it was carved out of stone. The staff were amazing and took care every needs.

We loved every thing about the property, but unfortunately the hot tub wasn’t heating up

The place is modern, has a cool speaker and TV, the bathroom concept is fun. The staff were attentive and nice, everyday they texted about cleaning and if we needed extra water or recommendations.

Unfortunately the room is very noise despite being located on the 3rd floor from the street. There is also a lot of light coming in from the bathroom as its wall is made out of glass. The are loads of ants around, bathroom, 2nd floor. We had issues with the shower, there was not enough pressure and the temperature would never get hot enough. On the last night, it did not get hot at all, and also we weren’t able to use the bathtub as the water there was always cold. On this last night the staff let us have shower in another villa that was not occupied. This was a bit unfortunate, but the staff was very nice and apologized for the situation.

Great accommodation and absolutely superb customer service. Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, especially Kaye helping to assist me with bookings and transfers via WhatsApp.
