ZAWe loved the house, and the main attraction is the outside area with pool, braai, and seating area. The views across the dam to the distant mountains and the birdlife make it a very calm and relaxing place. The master bedroom with full ensuite is downstairs, and 2 bedrooms with another full bathroom are upstairs. Also upstairs is a seating area with TV. The house is very spacious, modern, and minimalist. We had a great time and would go back if in the area.
As per other reviews, the place is a little rough around the edges on the finishing touches. But this did not detract us from enjoying our weekend.
ZAWe loved everything about this Country Living the photos does not do the place justice... There is 2 full bathrooms and one downstairs very convenient toilet and not mentioned or I missed it, the atmosphere is tranquil ag it's just beautiful.... everything is there we needed stayed for a week, we got complementary wood, charcoal, blitz, soap and many more little things... Honestly this place was/is really underrated according to the reviews I read before booking....PS. please when u stay do not damage the facilities, take care and njoy it.... as I am coming back
I loved everything really spiders and all ... It's country living and even the shops are close enough this is a real gem
ZABeautiful pool and great flow out onto the outdoor area and lake. Very spacious. We spent a lot of time outdoors. The house had a fantastic mirror in the main bedroom
The property seemed somewhat neglected. A number of maintenance and upkeep issues. A lot of traffic and building noise.
ZAThe overall house is lovely and spacious and what is particularly nice is the swimming pool, great beds and bedding and the location
there is a couple of improvements i believe will enhance the stay: Full length mirrors in all the rooms. Move the TV downstairs in the lounge area as you have the fire place downstairs, add more seating in the lounge area. Cleanliness can be improved. maybe add a carpet in the lounge area as the screeded floor can be cold.
ZAZABeautiful house in a perfect location. Amazing views, especially at sunrise. House has everything you need.
Plug at main TV wasn't working, so could only watch TV in one bedroom. Upstairs shower would leave the bathroom floor very wet.
