"it was perfect for my purpose."

the neighborhood was quiet and facility was faily clean and well equiped with basic appliances. nearby 24 hour coin laundray was plus.

the space was a bit tight for three people... not enough space for the luggages. a bit too far from the subway station

"Great place but needs a bit of work"

It was in a good location, near to the Hongdae area. It was quite big compared to what we were expecting and the living room and bedroom were quite clean. The shower was good and the bed was comfortable. The owner was really quick with their reply and gave good directions and information, which we were very thankful for.

The sofa bed was unfortunately not comfortable, the frame was sticking out a bit so it was uncomfortable to lay on. There were also a lot of mosquitoes in the apartment, because there was no window screen in the windows in the bathroom. The bathroom wasn't that clean as there were signs of mold or dirt on the wall, probably because the ventilation(/fan) was not working.
