Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen. Toller Blick ( zumindest aus dem einen Fenster, beim zweiten Wohnzimmerfenster konnte man die Fensterläden nicht öffnen, da das Fliegengitter davor geschlossen war und wir es nicht öffnen konnten).

Die Wohnung bräuchte mehr Sorgsamkeit ( siehe Wohnzimmerfenster oben, Licht im oberen Treppenhaus nicht vorhanden, Internet ging nicht, sehr warm - Klimaanlage wäre sicherlich eine gute Investition zumal die Bar im Nachbarhaus Gäste bis spät in die Nacht bewirtet und man die Fenster eigentlich solange nicht aufmachen kann, die Matratze ist sehr weich - wir sind dann auf das Schlafsofa ausgewichen). Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war eigentümlich ...Digitales Einchecken für uns mühsam ( bei booking stand, dass sich jemand mit einem bei der Wohnung trifft ). Beim Eincheckprozess wurde zumindest immer gleich reagiert - als wir nachfragten, da das Internet nicht funktioniert hat, kam keinerlei Reaktion. Vielleicht ist dies auch darauf zurück zu führen, dass mit künstlicher Intelligenz...wird " Oskar" genannt...gearbeitet wird ...Unter gutem Service verstehen wir was anderes.

"Lovely place to explore Urbino"

Location was excellent. View from lounge window was stunning. Comfortable bed. Convenient parking. Warm and cosy. Highly recommend.

Toilet upstairs didn’t flush properly.

"Una finestra sulla parte più bella di Urbino."

Posizione centralissima, con vista strepitosa. Appartamento spazioso con due bagni. Il palazzo è stato in passato di proprietà di una importante famiglia di Urbino, i Barocci. Famiglia del famoso Federico Barocci, importante pittore esponente del manierismo italiano.

L'appartamento è all'ultimo piano di un antico palazzo, e al piano terra c'è un pub. La notte di sabato fino alle tre di notte non si poteva dormire tanto era il rumore degli avventori. Peccato, perché normalmente c'è un silenzio tombale.

La casa è ampia e comoda. Addirittura due bagni. Una vista eccezionale. La strada è una delle più note di Urbino per i due Oratori che vi sono ubicati e che sono da visitare. A due passi dal centro e con un accesso comodo dall'esterno delle mura.
