Чудово! Дуже атмосферна квартира і дуже просторна. Нас було 5 і кожний був задоволений. Основні двері вас заведуть у вітальню. По правій стороні кухня і туалети ( їх 2, що дуже зручно при такій кількості людей). А по лівій стороні від вітальні - 2 просторі спальні. Кожна має 1 велике двоспальне ліжко і 1 окреме односпальне. Плюс того, що у вас є маленький двір, де є столик і ви можете повечеряти чи випити вина на свіжому повітрі.

Багато чого є старого, типу двері і вікна. Але не думаю що це мінус. Для мене це робило клімат і атмосферу. І цей дім зміг передати сицилійський колорит.

La posizione è perfetta, comoda e sicura per una viaggiatrice

La struttura è carina ma è un po’ datata. Il bagno troppo piccolo, i sanitari vecchi e la doccia molto scomoda. Ha il grosso pregio di essere abbastanza grande da ospitare gruppi di viaggiatori ma farebbero fatica nella condivisione del bagno.

Posizione centrale, casa grande, due bagni, due camere da letto, perfetta per un gruppo di amici

Bagni un po' piccoli, non c'era il bagnoschiuma.

The apartment is set in a quiet neighborhood not far away of the center of Catania. The bedrooms are big. There is a dish-washer in the kitchen.

The apartment was relatively clean. The refrigerator was full of ice and the fridge was very dirty. Although I mentioned it to the owner, the fridge was not cleaned. The douche was very narrow and there was no stand to put the small tiny bag with the liquid soap. The air-conditions in the bedrooms are set in wrong places, as they hit you while sleeping on the bed and you can not sleep while they are functioning, because you 'll get a cold... If you want to open a second suitcase in the rooms there is no stand to put it. There was no pasta as written in the remarks of the apartment, only rice. In the private room of the apartment were left dirty sheets. There is no free parking, as it is said in the remarks, but you have to pay park meter. The photos which are showing the apartment on the platform are much better than the real situation of the apartment. The lavatory had decreased absorption.
