It's in central of the town, cheap but not worth it

Firstly it's not mentioned where is the flat, its a very important issue. It's in a shopping centre on the third floor, they converted a shop into a studio, during the day there isn't privacy, during the night you are around with full of homeless people who are finding shelter there, the smell outside the studio is terrible, if you are coming at night, you have to wait first around 10 minutes outside for the security to open the main door, then you have to go via long dark corridors between homeless people, to get to the studio, while opening the door you have to pray not to wake up one of them who are sleeping in the corridor right next to the door. It is really unpleasant. There isn't any window in the studio. Not everything promised is provided, for example there isn't a kettle, no television either. The bath has not enough hot water to complete a shower, the bathroom is getting flooded because the drainage is half blocked. The beds are really uncomfortable. The bedroom and the dining room is one big room divided partially. please avoid.
