"Pathetic and Greedy Staff – Ruined My Experience"

The hotel may look decent for the price, but the front desk staff are absolutely terrible. I had clearly asked them to arrange a good, air-conditioned cab from Kanyakumari to Rameshwaram. They confidently said they would, but what they booked was a horrible, run-down vehicle with a broken AC — completely unacceptable in this heat! It’s obvious the staff went for the cheapest option just to pocket some commission. Such greedy and careless behavior shows zero respect for guests. They clearly don’t care about comfort, only about saving money for themselves. Pathetic service — I’ll never trust this place or their staff again.
