"not happy"

We were able to check in very late without a hassle, and the bed was confortable

the room was never cleaned since we came till we left. The towels were also never changed

Ich hatte ausversehen eine Nacht vor eigentlicher Anreise gebucht. Bei Ankunft wurde uns trotz dessen das gleiche Zimmer ohne Aufpreis gegeben. Das Haus war riesig und eignet sich auch gut für einen Familienurlaub in der Natur in der Nähe zum Nationalpark.

Need some grass infront of the units and a cover or roof over the braai area but I know they still busy
