Tenuta Fiumara

Bellissima esperienza fuori stagione ! Posto tranquillissimo ed immerso nella natura ! La spiaggia di fiumara è a pochi passi e la camminata nella pineta e suggestiva ! Le strutture sono perfette e nuovissime arredamento e servizi di lusso ! Siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi di scoprire una struttura così ben fatta in questa zona !

La struttura è Nuovissima arredata perfettamente in armonia con l’ambiente, con servizi di ultimo livello è un Wi-Fi velocissimo che ci ha permesso di lavorare anche nella bellissima campagna toscana a due passi dal mare ! Siamo stati 3 notti a febbraio! Ma torneremmo sicuramente anche altre volte è veramente un paradiso tranquillissimo e veramente molto bello !!

Arredamento in stile bellissimo , servizi top , strutture nuove e in stile antico !

The house looks exactly as in the pictures, is cozy, and has a nice garden and access to a swimming pool. It's located in a secluded area, so it was peaceful and quiet. The owner left a welcome basket, which was a nice touch. The swimming pool and the surroundings were lovely.

As the house is in the vicinity of a river, there were mosquitos; we got quite a few mosquito bites. Having a car is a must to stay in this villa; the near beach (Fiumara) is 15 minutes away by foot and the marina is about 30 minutes, and there are no taxis in the area, so if you want to go to the beach, have a drink, go food shopping, or go to a restaurant, do expect a considerable walk.

Wir haben 6 wundervolle Tage in der Villa Fiumara verbracht – als Paar mit unseren beiden Kindern (16 und 13 Jahre). Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, blitzsauber und in der Küche fehlt es an nichts – perfekt für alle, die gerne kochen. Selbst der Kohlegrill stand bereit, sodass wir uns köstliche Mahlzeiten unter freiem Himmel zubereiten konnten. Die Lage ist angenehm ruhig. Die Poolanlage ist ein kleines Paradies: herrliche Liegen, viel Grün drumherum, genügend Platz zum Sonnenbaden oder Plantschen – und wer möchte, kann hier sogar Bahnen schwimmen. Mehrere Rasenflächen laden zu Ballspielen ein. Ein großes Dankeschön an Leonardo – bei Fragen oder Anliegen war er jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns umgehend und unkompliziert geholfen.

We chose Tenuta Fiumara as a base to explore Tuscany and enjoy the sea at the same time and never regretted our choice! 1. The villa is brand new, tastefully and thoughtfully furnished and equipped with everything we needed. We are a family with 2 teenage kids and we had nothing missing: dishes, cooking pots and pans, more than enough towels, grill etc. On the arrival we were nicely surprised by a very generous welcome basket + coffee machine with dozens of capsules. If you are not a fan of those, there is an Italian coffee pot. Beds are comfortable with new white lines being changed weekly. 2. We drove for 1 day trips to Siena, Florence, Pisa and several smaller towns around. 3. The nearest beach is just 15 min walk through pine wood and most of the way you walk in wonderful cool shade. The nearest beach facility is affordable and very relaxed/friendly. The beach itself is just perfect: white sand and warm waters. A couple of times we saw jelly fish, but it happens anywhere in warm waters. 4. There is another house on the property, but we didn't see. The villa has its own gates, lawn, shed for the car, sun beds and feels very private. 5. The pool is just a few steps from the house, but you don't see it (and other people) from the porch. It's big enough to swim, there are about dozen brand new sun beds and shower. 6. Not the least, Leonardo, the manager of the villa is available 24/7, speaks perfect English is very, very helpful! If we are coming back to Tuscany, we are definitely staying at the villa again!

Fantastic location, competent staff, welcoming and attentive to customer needs! impeccable service. a unique, welcoming atmosphere with attention to every detail, near Castiglione della Pescaia and other wine paradises such as Montalcino, Bolgheri and Scanzano! We gonna come back this summer again!
