"Clean, cozzy and new."

This cozy apartment is on the 4th floor of a newly built building in the city’s new residential area. The owner, Vladimir, is very attentive and an extremely honest person. Although he knows very little English, we had no trouble communicating through a translation app. The apartment is new, clean, and all the furnishings are spotless. We stayed comfortably and had no issues using the kitchen utensils we needed. Essential supplies (plenty of clean towels, coffee, toilet paper, soap, and cleaning supplies) are available in the apartment. It’s also great that there’s WiFi in the apartment.
