Location was good 👍

There was no tea or coffee in the room, only a kettle was there. No cup etc. When I called the reception number I was told that the security will come and bring it and they never came until I left. The lady answered the call was not friendly at all.

I like the place is quiet and safety with the parking

i didnt like that there was no food warmer in the room

The place is quiet , clean secure parking, rooms are big enough and the bathroom is superb

only one failer there is the TV remotes were not working at all you can't watch different channels

Nothing. I do not blame the establishment but Bookings.com. You are not fair to both the traveller and the service provider. You must stop over booking places after we have paid.

I did not like it that after driving for almost 4 hours, to arrive and be told that the place is fully booked. The owner was very friendly and referred us to another guest house. This is now the third time in three months Booking.com has played us like this. The last time we booked at Sheraton Pretoria, and when we arrived there, we were told that we are not on the system and should rather try the hotel next door where we found our booking. You never even send a review for us. Your service is the worst in the hospitality industry.
