"Perfect stay."

Location - peaceful and not too far from eateries and hypermarket. 5 mins to USM Bertam MRSM Bertam. There is Mydin Hypermarket. Further up, there is Lotus's Hypermarket. lots of Halal/Malay restaurants/hawkers nearby. The bedroooms are equipped with air-conds.

Nothing. But due to hot weather, the house living area was so hot despite 2 units of ceiling fans were switched on.
