Good location, in the centre of town

Everything was bad. Piles of trash in the common areas that had overflowed and were alive with hundreds of ants. Our bathroom door seemed to have an ant nest inside it, and overall needed a full overhaul (we've been in Laos for weeks - I'm comparing to common Laos standard for the price). 1 or 2 members of staff to run the Guesthouse and the bike rental below, so always waiting in a queue to talk to anyone or check-in/out.

We got the deluxe room, with private bathroom. It was very spacious, there is a nice terrace as well. Staff is very helpful and they rent motorbike for the loop at very competitive price!

The staff waited for me until after their stated reception time. That was very nice of them. I gave them a heads up by phone call.

They have my bed away. They made it right by giving me a private room but, at first would let me use the AC. They told me that the dorm room, which I originally purchased, wasn't promised to have AC on Booking.com and thus I shouldn't have it in the private room. They argued with me and I eventually found on Booking.com where it states that I paid for AC. It was just a bad experience to have at 1am in the morning. Then the private room itself was absolutely covered in cobwebs. I really don't know why they would not have cleaned them. It's blatantly obvious it needs done.

Spacious room. Big bed. The shared bathroom was okay. And overall did the job.

Best location possible with a nice balcony view.

Great Location, the oner is very kind and helpful. We stayed in deluxe room first time, big room and comfortable bed. Then we stayed superior room second time, room was ok but shared bathroom wasn't good. Highly recommended to stay in deluxe room.

Bathroom, water is everywhere all the time.
