Great location. Very convenient to Broadway. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

My only complaint was that there wasn’t a full length mirror in the room.

Staff was very nice. It was close to everything, but far enough from the night life. Would definitely stay again.

The bathroom shower water pressure. It was very difficult to get it to a decent temperature and not lose pressure.

Location is unbeatable, close enough to walk to Broadway but far enough to not hear all the hustle & bustle of it. The staff was so friendly. Room was good & the bed was so comfortable. Huge walk in shower. I'm so glad I found this place to stay!

Ice machines only on 2 of the floors, not a huge deal but worth noting.

Excellent Location Nice size rooms and bathroom Clean rooms with good quality toiletries Coffee machine in room Nice staff

WiFi a bit convoluted to get and not informed about this at check in No phone in room to call reception Also was not aware rooms not cleaned daily But this really was not a problem for me as I was out most days and stayed only three nights
