- There were clear inconsistencies in the communication regarding the pet policy. I informed the property in advance that I would be staying with a large dog (a Golden Retriever) and was told this would be acceptable under certain conditions; however, additional expectations (such as those related to dog hair) were not communicated beforehand. - The property is difficult to identify, as there is no external signage indicating it operates as accommodation, which creates confusion upon arrival; felt as hidden on purpose or unsafe. - There was a persistent unpleasant smell in the hallway, which negatively affected the overall experience. - The surrounding area did not feel comfortable or entirely safe.
