Pas de personnel sur place, check-in sur une tablette Espace restreint, surtout avec des bagages Réfrigérateur trop froid, tout ce que nous avions mis dedans à congeler. Un peu loin des transports en commun/commodités

La cama muy cómoda y tenía todo lo necesario la habitación.

Que no hubiese personal porque el check in estando cansados recién llegados del avión nos costó un poco.

Great location on the river and a nice walk to the peace memorial. The room was big in comparison to all to all the places we had stayed. There is a 7-eleven less than a 1 minute walk and some fabulous local resturants serving the local dish. There is one a few minutes walk from the hotel which was our favorite eating experience in Hiroshima.

The only thing for us was carrying our 2 heavy suitcases up to our room. We were aware that we would need to do this so we were happy to do this.

The bathroom is big and comfortable, everything was very clean and the check in and check out was very easy.

The check in process may be difficult for people that is not used to this method online

洗面所が水の時はチョロチョロとしか出ず。 熱湯ばかりが出て非常に困った。 チェックイン、チェックアウトが実にしにくかった。 問い合わせの際記載の電話番号にかけるが応答は無し。 片言の日本語での留守番電話が出てメッセージを残しても折り返しは無し。 日を分けて数回メッセージを残したのですが折り返しは全く無し。 （チェックアウトの際もかけたが全くで、これが不安でなかなか出発が出来ずに困った。） 結局一度も折り返しはありませんでした。 これに対しては出発前より困っていた。結局Booking.comさんにかけて問い合わせなくてはならず 実に不自由であった。（03の電話番号にかけなくてはならず、直通では無いので） キャンセルもしたかったが出来なかった。 上記に関しましては適切な説明を文書にて頂きたいです。 どれだけの電話代、貴重な時間を無駄にしたかは計り知れず非常に不愉快である。 全てを改善して頂きたい。Booking.comさんでは何故彼らを載せているのかが不思議です。 これまで＃202を利用した方は水が出ないホテルをどう感じてきたのでしょう？ 返金を求めます。
