Good location, off on a quiet street, close to Ortisei town

Ants all over the place, check in process not as intuitive, property requires full payment although Booking does not. We ended up booking a hotel nearby.

The apartment was nice. However, we were not provided with vouchers for ski-pass and the pool when we came there. That is why we had to pay 60 euros more (per each) for ski-pass.

Easy to enter, enough space, warm, good location, parking 10 m away!

A little sense of wet air, needed to air the room a lot - it felt a little damp. Also the check in is crazy difficult. Booked via booking. Then got a mail to pay on a third party site (muse), after that you had to register all kinds of personal data of the travelling people. Then you had to make an extra payment for tourist tax. Then you get a pdf without a code for the door, you get the code later. Anyways - quite hard compared to everything else on booking.

The process was well prepared, we received full instructions and the access code the day before our arrival

Apartments were nice, clean and comfortable. Rooms were spacious. Unit has a ski locker where you can dry up your shoes and equipment. Skibus stop is just 2mins walk, super convenient. Very nice and big kitchen with dishwasher. Host/agency we super helpful, if any problems maintenance person comes in two mins. We stayed 5 of us, everyone was happy, would return again

In a kitchen cooking utensils missing, like very simple things like sharp knife or spatula. Also, no soap or detergent, no sponge, at least small amount. Things that would cost few euros only and would make stay perfect. Heating is difficult to control, either too hot at night or too cold in a morning. Not same heat level is all rooms. Suggestion to switch from single bed blankets to double :)
