Very cosy flat. They put love into it.

It looks a bit rough from outside but lovely inside. I guess the only thing I did not like was the price. I find it a bit too expensive

The apartment is old and has a strong musty smell. The surroundings feel unsafe and unwelcoming. The entrance to this flat shares a small space with the neighboring unit. On my first night, I heard a man who returned loudly and drunk. Feeling unsafe, I even searched for the local police contact number as a precaution. The door to the flat is made of very old, flimsy wood and seems far from secure—it could easily be broken into. Early the next morning, I was woken up by the sound of someone (presumably the same neighbor) vomiting loudly, as if they were in the same room. The walls of the building are extremely thin, providing no soundproofing at all. I would not recommend renting this flat, especially for women. I did not feel safe staying here.

Great location, easy access to all the key points of the town.

Pretty delayed response of the Host, and no shower gel.

Uno alquila un departamento porque aspira a "sentirse como en casa" y, más allá que la decoración esté bonita y la ubicación sea estratégica, hay un montón de detalles que sirven al huésped y que no se contemplan, por ej: usar el último resto de detergente con agua para lavar los platos (no tener repuesto), no tener bowls o un colador, contar con solo un vaso, que la única mesa para comer esté ocupada por una planta (que queda hermosa pero hay que moverla), que la ducha sea un peligro sin alfombra anti deslizante. Son pequeñas cosas, pero que marcan la diferencia en cuanto a la comodidad. No es porque uno pretenda cualidades de lujo, sino más calidez. Podría decirse que es precio calidad.

It’s functional and comfortable for a night or couple of nights stay. The apartment itself has its charm. Showers bathroom is good.Location is ok even though surroundings is not so desirable. 12 minutes walk to bus station and about 8-10 minutes from Centrum stop tram.

Property is old and the building itself is a bit dodgy looking with all the graffiti and smells musty. Surroundings looks a bit scary but we didn’t feel unsafe. Shopping Center nearby looks desolate. Just needs a few things fixed like the Kitchen light not working. TV not working. No lightbulb in bedside lamp.
