I didn't have an extra garbage bag or toilet paper.

The new furniture and appliances were nice. The security alarm helped ease my mind.

The bathroom was dirty, and it was clear a layer of paint was just slapped over everything. The ceiling fan in the living room had no adjustability, just on or off at the switch. There was a remote that seemed like it was for the ceiling fan but didn't do anything. The A/C was VERY loud and rattled excessively. The light in the bathroom only worked intermittently so we had to move the night light from the large bedroom in there to see at night. The ceiling fan in the small bedroom with two twin beds never worked. The queen size bed in the master was very rickety and so my partner decided to sleep on the couch because we were scared it might not take both of us. There was a weird loud pump sound that startled us intermittently as well but we never did figure out what that was. The neighborhood leaves MUCH to be desired. There was a car that drove around the neighborhood incessantly playing loud music day and night. You could hear literally everything from outside the building while you were in the bedrooms so any conversations had by neighbors sounded like they were right there in the room with you.

I loved how it was decorated. The inside was beautiful and the host was accessible each time we needed to reach out. Would stay again! It has three beds and a nice couch. The a/c was great after feeling the Georgia heat all day. The larger couch made it easy for all of us to fit and enjoy movie night.

The neighborhood was kind of intimidating. Once we talked to the neighbors we felt a little better. There is an alarm system for security and peace of mind. For the price, it wasn't awful, though. It was a diamond in the rough.
