"Scammers"

Nothing

I paid the cost of 144 € and got the confirmation that all is good, and once I reached Tangier I was chocked that the lady on mentioned number on the platform stated that she did not get any notification and the apartment we agreed about is taken. Which was really bad. Now I paid and did not have the service, so please I'm requesting my money back.
