PHThe location of the area is good. It is accessible to the market, but the prices of goods are expensive.
The unit is not good. It is already old and the lighting is dim. The air conditioner is broken. When I arrived at the unit, the bathroom had a bad smell (mapanghe) and the unit was infested with cockroaches (araw araw may ipis na maliliit), cockroaches come out from under the sink and cr drainage, and when the main door is opened, cockroaches enter the unit. The electrical outlets do not have adapters (need to provide on your own para lang makagamit ng induction at microwave.) . The TV cannot be used because there is no signal. The unit feels haunted because it is old. The smell is also not pleasant even after cleaning because the furnishings are already worn out. There is also no pool as stated in the listing. Only towels are provided, but they are old and do not smell fresh. Even the blankets and pillows provided smell like they were used by the previous tenant. May multo din sa unit every 6-7pm, at 5am makikita mo sa salamin sa sala.

Medyo nakakapagod mag explain sa guard kasi iba iba sila per shift. 1 towel lang yung provided, may dustmites yata yung bed kasi makati, may mga ipis din.
PHI could use basically all the facilities of the room, especially the wifi and kitchenette. The room was clean and all basic facilities were readily available. The location is very strategic, with a mall with supermarket nearby. The owner and staff were very accommodating.
None, really. I had a great stay.
