INLet alone breakfast, even coffee was not available. There was no kettle for making coffee or tea. The management could not even arrange for our morning cup of coffee. Incidentally, there is no restaurant where when could get a cup of coffee either.
The location of the hotel is inconvenient. To reach the hotel one has to go through narrow and congested lanes or take a circuitous route. For the money that we paid, the facilities and comfort were far from adequate.

1. There were no in-house food options, so I had to Swiggy food 2. When the food arrived, there was no desk in the room for me to sit and eat, which was a little uncomfortable. 3. The bathroom size was a bit small, and I was unable to get sufficient hot water 4. I stayed on a Wednesday night, and when I asked to re-book for Monday. I was told that the cost would be double! Not sure why....
ININThe room was nice, Staff was decent but the bed was horrible and was making sounds which was very disturbing
The room was neat and clean, Hot water was available all the time, AC was working fine
INStaff was cordial & accomodated all requests pleasantly
No inhouse restaurant & things like no lift, exhaust fan not working were shortfalls

I am happy that Hotel Management is taking necessary action for arranging Restaurant based on my feedback. Also please arrange small lift to take care of aged .

INRoom was not kept ready for occupation we have to ask for water , bed ,heating cattle and no service for breakfast and tea etc
