Loved that it was next to the chairlift and had rental gear! Perfect for our ski trip

Our room had bugs in it. Had to keep killing beetles every night. The showering times are annoying, but Onsens are nice to go and shower if needed. No hand soap in the upstairs bathroom. Ultimately, the price was very high for what we got, but at that point you’re paying for proximity to the chairlift.

Breakfast was excellent, a good mix of foods.

Staff spoke limited english but was extremely helpful and patient. Facilities were clean. Location was excellent for skiing - across the street from a lift and there was dedicated ski gear room. Rooms are spacious and clean. Would stay here again!

Shared onsen facility with limited times for bathing by gender. No stalls or anything - it's public like bathing at an onsen

Very clean and the manager was extremely kind and helpful

We thought they were rooms were a little sparse and they need night lights or bedside lights

The inn keeper was amazingly attentive. He seemed to clean the bathrooms 20 times per day. The cleanliness of the inn was great. He provided good advice and Information regarding town. His service was impeccable. The inn was across the street from one of the lifts although notably it is one of the minor lifts. Espresso available in the morning with breakfast Parking available a few steps away

Showering hours are limited, particularly for women from 6-8, which is squarely in dinner hours. You can always go to an onsen though. It’s a bit of a walk from the inn to the main restaurants in town.

Staff were lovely and very helpful. The hotel had a great view of the mountains. The breakfast was a large size and good quallity. The hotel was a short walk to the ski lifts
