Polite and responsive staff. Availability of air conditioner. We were missing an electric kettle and other things in the kitchen. They brought it after half an hour. We settled in at 9 p.m This is to understand how quickly they reacted.

Noise from the avenue on which the apartment is located. Night only with the window closed. Caravans of ants that go somewhere from under the front door to the refrigerator and back. Very problematic insects, it is difficult to get rid of them. There is a possibility that they will be taken with things to another apartment. If you are moving. No online card payment.
