Brandalarm midden in de nacht. Zeer gebrekkige coördinatie en communicatie. Het nachtpersoneel is niet opgeleid in het kader van BHV. Meer dan 1 uur buiten gestaan. Nadat brandweer was vertrokken, geen duidelijke communicatie over status en oorzaak en veilige teruggang naar kamers.
