The welcoming staff were amazing. So friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough for us! Even offered to look after our dog when we went hiking! Location is excellent. 700m from Drak Gardens entrance and beautiful walls along the river from the cottage. Cottage has pool table and was well kitted out. Double air fryer, washing machine etc. while no one else had power due to heavy snow damage, we had solar, gas and generator.

Small improvement would be verandah chairs for sitting outside. Only got benches that are not that comfy for relaxing

Not the same place I booked Shower curtains fell apart Windows had gaps thus making it much cold to sleep Unable to use hot water in the Kitchen Fresh oil paint smell was overwhelming - Couch in bedroom was broken
