I love the privacy of the property. I really liked the view. I also really enjoyed the lock to the gate, how close parking is away from the door. I loved everything about inside of the studio!

"Nice studio in quiet location"

Being right on the bayou

Thermostat was a bit hard to figure out-one minute it was cold and the next it was like it was turned off but we got it to cool down. Would be helpful to have a card or book with important info-WiFi password, checkout instructions.

"It was above and beyond what I expected."

The room was amazing. The attention to detail was definitely impressive. If you think you need something just open a cabinet. Room was super clean and well organized. The view was the best part. Super quiet get away that in my opinion is priceless.

Couldn't stay longer.
