We got lost the location given got us no were and when we called the plan we got ill treatment
ZAZAI liked nothing
The fact that it’s dirty and with not air between the rooms , towels where dirty
ZAI arrived at about 21:00 the place was locked no body assisted, Phones and intercoms were off. I guess this is nothing but A SCAM. I want my money back since I had to book another place.

Dirty rooms Dirty wet towels No iron in a room Bad reception services No alternative plan for paid customers It smells so bad Toilets are very Dirty and smells. Ceiling was leaking in my room No hot water That THK properties is not a good place to book at ALL.
