A localização, a tranquilidade e a limpeza do espaço.

O que menos agradou foram sem dúvida as moscas, quiçá uma cortina de porta ajudaria a solucionar o constrangimento. E a carácter de melhoria a cozinha podia estar mais munida de consumíveis básicos tais como temperos, papel, etc..
