Nice old building with a lot of character, and a lot of nice personal touches. The owner was a very friendly lady (no English, but that's not a problem). The room was nicely decorated, the breakfast good, and everything was clean. The location in the old center is nice, close to the interesting stuff, although the old town isn't as romantic as you might expect. It's a residential area, so there are almost no shops and no restaurants around, it's about a 10-minute walk to the main tourist street, but there you're stuck with the usual tourist traps. Finding something authentic takes a little more effort and time.

The pool was empty and it didn't look like it was going to be filled anymore. It idn't look very inviting anyway, not like the pictures. I wasn't planning on using it, but if it's not being used anymore, then leave it out of the description.

Скудный завтрак. Очень скудный. Наличие бассейна было определяющим критерием для выбора отеля, но он в начале мая ещё не работал. При таких условиях стоимость неоправданно высокая за номер без телевизора, с окнами во внутреннее полукрытое помещение, и скудным завтраком.

La piscine n'était pas ouverte, j'aurai apprécié d'être prévenue même si les températures étaient encore fraîches au moment de mon séjour La chambre était sombre ( ce qui peut être un avantage lors des grosses chaleurs)

Здесь безупречно чисто. Мы бывали во многих местах, но здесь прям эталон чистоты. Ванная комната просто вылизана. Кровати безумно уютные, спать было одно удовольствие. Тихо. Хороший сытный завтрак и кофе. Спасибо хозяйке данного гестхауса за гостеприимство, уют и чистоту! Привет с Сахалина
