Friendly mother and son who help you when needed. Mother makes you porridge for breakfast ;) Its an old building, but thats charming situated in the old neighbourhood. I was the only guest, but they deserve more people!

This place is the best place where we have stayed so far in Central Asia. It is a peaceful, relaxing, very spacious and beautiful house with a great swimming pool in the middle of the building. It’s located in the old town within 10 minutes of walking distance to the Registan and the main sights. The breakfast is the best we had on our travel. The rooms and private bathrooms have everything you need and everything is perfectly clean! You have the possibility to cook and use the washing machine. The hosts are wonderful, very helpful and friendly people. We left our big backpacks at the house for several days when we were travelling through Tajikistan and we were so happy to come back to “historic house” after our trip. We can totally recommend this place and we can’t imagine a better place to stay in Samarkand. We wish we can come back one day! Thank you so much for hosting us

Lovely traditional house, we felt like at home. Very lovely breakfast, once we had to leave earlier than the possible breakfast time and still we were prepared a nice lunch box.

The pool was there but not cleaned. Maybe the price is a bit higher than the average on booking for the same category.

Good shared kitchen facilities, nice and warm room with bathroom, good breakfast, nice area. It was a 15 minute walk to Registan.

The owner was so kind. I stayed at there with my family and the family room was enough big for us. Thanks!

a bit house, we stay in a twin room. 15 mins walkt to registan or shahi hinda, quite convinient.

wifi signal is average, sometimes not that good in the room, maybe because the room is so spacious.

The style of the accommodation was attractive and the location in an older part of the city was appealing. The breakfasts were interesting too and included chocolate bars and walnuts.

There wasn't always someone around to help you if needed. It was a little far from any shops and a bit difficult to get a taxi unless the owners were around to help. There were no restaurants in the area
