Great place to stay, close to downtown, friendly stuff, awesome attitude towards us as guests, really reasonable price. There's also paid parking nearby for cheap 💰.I recommend it!

Very lovely place. It's located in one of the central districts, yet in a courtyard full of greenery, so you wake up with birds singing and cats walking outside your window. The host is hospitable and was always there to help with any request.

The place is based in Vracar which is only 2km from the Center of the city which is Knez Mihaila/Trg Beograda. Also it is the same distance the the Belgrade waterfront which I would prefer to everyone visiting Belgrade to go to. Also Vracar is like part of the center so everything was really closed and even though we were during Holiday days, most of the stores worked which was amazing to be accommodated in a place like that. The place was not that big but it had all you need. It felt really comfy and had all the utilities an apartment needs to have. The host has prepared us clean blankets, sheets, it was already hot inside because it had an electric radiator down and an AC on the top, the toilet was clean and it also had bunch of shampoos, toilet paper etc. The host was really friendly and he even assisted me with help if I needed something like where to park, taxi, prices etc. Even though 270€ for 3 days would seem a lot for Belgrade for 3 nights, I can assure you that for New years eve this was probably one of the lowest if not the lowest I could arrange for myself and my family with the quality we got for it and the area that we were in. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Belgrade that wants to be in the center in a renovated and clean apartment and that wants to get his quality for the money he pays.

Only thing that this place is missing is a private parking space which for me is important, but because it was Holidays days it was free to park on the small streets nearby which had zones marked. Somehow I managed every time to find parking place in the radius of 200 meters but on normal days it would not be free, so you need to plan your parking before if you are planing on staying here, either where you would park and also financially. Overall for me it was not a big problem.
