Private Beachside Studio with Courtyard and Sea view

The studio worked very well for us. It was true to the photographs. The location was handy to the beach and restaurants. We enjoyed the view of the sea from the window, hearing the birds, and the private outdoor area. We were provided with timely information about the door code, restaurants, activities etc.

Clean, Good standard and location were very good

Cramped....Could only access bed from one side....Had a 'musty' damp ? smell from when we arrived. Steps to access unit were difficult (slippery in rain) as we are in our 70's and it rained heavily while we were there.

We liked being close to the shops and the beach. We also liked the privacy of the studio.

The studio was clean and there was sufficient towels etc.

There is no outside lighting when coming back at night. The steps up to the studio unit are uneven and difficult to negotiate in the dark. It was not suitable for me as I use crutches. Nowhere on the listing was the access mentioned.

Beautiful private little spot near the vast beaches, stunning ocean and the gorgeous centre of Paraparaumu. Unit was private, warm, comfortable, clean and I loved every moment being there! Can’t wait to return!
