MAZZINI PALACE

The staff were very nice. They opened breakfast half hour before the time for us on the day we had our flight back home. The place was nice and clean.

We had a window to a square where young people meet at the end of the day, and we could hear the noise. The room and the toilet were in different floor, and we had to go through some stairs. We didn't find it a good configuration. The lights were too bright. There were no ambience lights, table or floor lamps, only one light (or a set of lights) that illuminates the full room.

Nothing. High stairs...no lift/elevator...check in ends early...ni help with luggage...not easy to park...not eady to find.

High stairs no elevator, no parking...not easy to find. Crowded rooms, uncomfirtable beds. Greedy people . We made a mistake in the booking and they would not refund.

Graziana was amazing and served us always with a smile. Very glad to have stayed here. All staff are nice and very welcoming.

We had a great stay at Mazzini palace, Tony was amazing he went out if his way to help us with our visit. He couldn’t do enough for us brilliant host, he helped us with our excursions and taxi to get us around. He booked us front row vip lidos at azzurro beach club at a discounted price. Good location for visiting etnaland and Catania, hotel is lovely, clean and spacious. We would definitely return here and recommend this hotel.

Everything was perfect

The staff were incredibly very heipful,my first day i was very sick and the receptionist went with my wife 3 times to the pharmacy. And Tony the owner the next day came to our room to see how i was.very rispectful.The 2nd day he phoned the agent were we were going for us.The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was good too.Very good A/C in room.Definitly the hotel was the best we have ever had.. AAAAAAA+++++++

Great boutique hotel in the heart of Misterbianco, good breakfast and friendly staff. Only hiccup is the AC doesn’t cool as well as we hoped.

The place is clean,quiet and located close to really good restaurants. The rooms are fully equipped and bed really comfortable. The staff is so helpful and friendly with all of us. We had an 8 hour flight delay and they were so kind to allow us to return to our rooms and stay even after the checkout time. I have only good things to say about our stay at Mazzini palace and would highly recommend it for groups, families or couples looking for a great stay while visiting Sicily
