The customer care was exceptional

The Checkin formality is abit slow

The facility is well situated to access most of the places in Livingstone.

They need to improve on breakfast offered. It needs to be upgraded ASAP.

The rooms and location was very good. Staff friendly and very helpful at the lodge. We could not fault the lodge rooms The location is well balanced between the falls and the town.

Don’t expect much for breakfast. They only provide eggs and toast. They use a restaurant situated on the property and the tablecloths and venue not cleaned before the next morning, so eating on dirty tables and dining room not pleasing. The waiter staff during breakfast not very friendly.

That's the area we we not very happy with, we expected full English breakfast . Even the one we had was not well presented.

Close but could do with a bit more variety

The staff team is just exceptional....they were so welcoming and made sure l get everything l want ....felt like home👏
