On booking said that I can check in at any time, i arrived at 10.30 and there was nobody there, I called 5 times on the phone and at the door, in the end someone answered and had an argument whit me on why did i arrived at that hour … I was mad already, I tried to be calm and explain that I booked there location because I was expecting to arrive late! I got in and for my ‘surprise’ the room wasn’t the one that i booked, the facility looked like it came out of a horror movie! The room was like a hole way with 3 beds crammed inside, you beryl hade room to move, blood stains on the walls from dead flys and mosquitoes I presume, i refused to use the bathroom because it smelled horrible and it was dirty and so on! Never in my life of traveling did I have such a bad experience!

When we arrived at the specified time, no one was there to let us into our rooms. We eventually left, and no one ever contacted us to ask about our whereabouts.

The staff's indifference, they were no interested to find a reasonable solution to correct the mistake.

Wi-fi awful, no room clean, no towel change, no toilet roll replacement, toilet didn’t flush.

E aproape de oras si au o gradina foarte frumoasa

Am rezervat parcare privata si mi s-a cerut SA parchez masina in drum ,la insistentele melé am parcat-o in curte, uscatorul de par nu era disponibil ,a trebuit SA il cer, si am rugat SA am acces la masina de spalat, stand o saptamana acolo ,la care doamne de la receptie mi-au spus ca nu se poate , dar doamna de servici a fost foarte draguta si m-a ajutat.

Sehr gute Lage.

Seife oder Duschgel im Bad wären gut gewesen.

Nie podobała mi się obsługa. Przyjechaliśmy motocyklami w słabej pogodzie, musieliśmy czekać ciągle na jakikolwiek krok ze strony obsługi na dworze( obsługiwała pani klientów restauracji parę minut). W pokojach brzydki zapach. Pokoje inne niż na zdjęciach, bardzo małe. Zdecydowaliśmy się zrezygnować z noclegu pomimo brak zwrotu od właściciela pieniędzy za dwa pokoje. Zewnątrz ładnie w środku słabo.
