Kolsay Village

Really cozy nice place, perfect for a family or with friends. The room has basic but all necessary equipment and it was clean. Very helpful and friendly personal, simple but good breakfast

Lot of constructions around which are also impacting the view.

We never thought there is free breakfast as it wasnt mentioned on the booking. But glad they served and it was good. And host was cooperative coz we didnt know that no card payment, we dont have enough tenge cash, but he agreed we pay him in aed. All good

Kolsay village is situated in a park of accoms just 8 minutes drive from the lake. There is an excellent view of the mountains outside the hut window. The beds are fairly comfortable and the hut was clean. The staff are friendly and accommodating and will make you a home cooked dinner.

WiFi didn't work and there is limited network in the area. One bathroom for 8 people is strenuous.

The area was exceptional. 5/10 is for the nice area around the place.

we felt like the stuff are exploiting us , they ask for money for every service they do , only cash is accepted in these villages , if you don’t have a car they will take expensive prices for going to the lake. Unfortunately, they don’t know how to treat visitors.

The location was amazing and had a beautiful view of the snow capped mountains and a river flowing nearby. The room was big and sufficient space for 7 adults. The hosts also created a beautiful spread for dinner and managed to get a cake for my sister.

There was only a single tiny bathroom which 7 of us had to wait in queue for. The hot water was not always working, as a result I had showered in cold water. For breakfast they served only rice porridge and boiled eggs. When we asked for omelette, they said it will be charged extra and they got offended.
