In hindsight it would have been best if we just booked our transportation with the host. Using the city bus is easy enough if you are going to the city of amalfi, if you need transportation elsewhere, somewhere specific, I would recommend booking with the host's driver service. We ended up having to pay a taxi 45 euros for a 5 minute drive since we had luggage with us and couldn't walk with it.

Beautiful location overlooking the coast. The terrace was breathtaking and we found ourselves staying out into the night admiring the view. Apartment has everything you need and very clean. Bed was memory foam which was excellent and comfortable. Modern bathroom with great shower space. Grocery store is a 15 minute walk away and fairly easy. You can get down the mountain to Amalfi or the surrounding cities by foot if you're brave enough for the stairs! Or just make sure you're buying bus tickets in advance and checking the schedules. You can buy a few in bulk and you're set. Thank you to Eva for always answering our questions and the full assistance and attention during our stay.

The host was very helpful throughout my stay, guiding me through entry to the property and arranging taxi transfer when leaving. The apartment was great overall, large terrace with amazing views, modern bathroom with large shower, bed was very comfortable and the AC worked well. Kitchen has everything you could need to prepare meals during your stay. Great location for visiting Scala and Ravello.

Nothing really, the only issue I had was getting to the property, but this was 100% my fault for not properly checking before hand. I arrived in Amalfi via ferry and decided to walk up the many many steps which was a big mistake! A much better choice would be to catch the bus or pay for a Taxi. If you are coming via car or moped then no problem.

Amazing views of the Amalfi coast from the top of the mountain with a great host who was always attentive and helpful.
