The only positive aspect of our stay was the location, which was very convenient and made it easy to explore the city.

Unfortunately, almost everything else about the experience was disappointing and far below expectations. The overall cleanliness of the apartment was poor from the moment we arrived. There was visible dirt on the floors, including accumulated hairs under chairs and in corners, which immediately gave the impression that the apartment had not been properly cleaned before new guests arrived. We also found dirty dishes in the kitchen area and had to wash many items ourselves before using them. The kettle was heavily covered with limescale, the bathroom doors had visible water drips and marks that had clearly not been cleaned, and the windows looked as though they had not been washed for a very long time. Another disappointment was the apartment setup itself. There was only one mirror in the entire place, and it was so dark/black that it was difficult to use properly. Ladies may want to bring an additional mirror. The overall interior design was also excessively dark, with black décor everywhere, making the apartment feel heavy, gloomy, and uncomfortable rather than cosy or welcoming. Even the corridor and entrance area were extremely dark. The lock/keypad system was difficult to use at night because it was hard to even see the numbers while entering the code. The entrance corridor had more of a dark nightclub atmosphere than a comfortable accommodation environment. The bathroom also needs maintenance. The shower hose was leaking badly, and it had to be held by hand to avoid water spraying everywhere around the bathroom. Communication with the host was another major issue. He was not responsive or involved during our stay, and we felt a clear lack of care and respect toward guests. There seemed to be very little interest in whether visitors were comfortable or needed assistance. For example, we informed the host during the first night that the apartment was cold.

Удобное расположение, всего 7 минут от авто и железнодорожного вокзала. Удобная кровать, хороший ремонт, есть в доступе стиральная машина и другие хоз. средства.

Очень маленький номер, совсем не соответствовал ожиданиям. Несорозмерно большая кухня, с неудобным расположением шкафчиков. Грязный холодильник и приборы и стаканы в разводах. Мало посуды для готовки. Всего одна большая кастрюля, сковорода и одна миска для салата. После использования кухонной раковины появился очень неприятный запах. В самой комнате не развернуться, очень мало места. На ковре и диване оставались клочки пыли или каких-то остатков от прежних гостей, видимо. В коридоре шкафы для хранения, но плохое освещение и ничего толком в шкафах не видно, нет зеркала в полный рост. Раковина в ванной комнате очень маленькая, также был неприятный запах. Использовать без брызг на пол невозможно, расположение крана неудобное. Нет полочек для хранения туалетных принадлежностей.

Было немного душно, не хватает кондиционера.
