The interior design and the decorations of the Riad are beautiful. We immeadietly fell in love with it when we arrived. The host Yousserf and Mahamud are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the fresh juice and homemade yogurt were amazing.

Riad Esmeralda is a real gem - located down a quiet alley in a peaceful area of the medina, but walking distance to everything and with a taxi stand conveniently located just around the corner. The interior of the riad is spectacular with lovely common areas around the central courtyard and beautifully decorated and very quiet bedrooms, with good quality linens and very comfortable beds - a real oasis. Breakfast every day was delicious, with fresh local breads, yogurt, fruit, good coffee, juice and eggs on request. Other meals are also available on request and, although we did not order any, they smelled delicious! The rooftop lounge was lovely as well. Although the riad doesn't serve alcohol, guests are free to bring alcohol with them and they happily provide trays, glassware, bottle openers, ice, etc. But the best part of Riad Esmeralda are the staff. Youssef, Mohammed and the others were gracious hosts, very welcoming and kind, and anticipating our every need. They were very responsive to our questions before we arrived, organized great airport transfers and a city walking tour for us, and made great recommendations for other activities, like hammams, monuments, restaurants, etc. A stellar stay!

L’emplacement, le Riad est tout simplement magnifique 🤩, le personnel, que ce soit les dames qui font le ménage, la cuisine ( la cuisine familiale du petit déjeuner et du dîner sont incroyablement délicieux), Djalil, Mohamed et bien entendu Youssef sans qui notre séjour n’aurait pas été aussi incroyable, inoubliable. Il nous a pris en charge de À à Z avec le plus grand respect de nos souhaits. Convivialité, toujours à l’écoute. C’était notre premier séjour au Maroc et donc à Marrakech et sans cet établissement et son personnel nous n’aurions pas autant apprécié nos vacances. Encore un grand merci à eux et mention spéciale à YOUSSEF ❤️❤️❤️

Das Riad selber ist wunderschön, liebevoll gestaltet, mit wenigen Gästezimmern und einem freundlichen Team. Das hervorragende Frühstück variiert täglich und wird auf Wunsch auch auf der Dachterasse serviert; mit Blick über die Medina.

Staying at Riad Esmeralda really is like staying in a Palace! It is beautiful, with eye-catching, exquisite details or original features everywhere. The team were magnificent, especially Youssef and Mohammed. So helpful, kind, intelligent, fun. The breakfast served to us was fantastic and my gluten-free requirements were catered for - in fact I was spoilt, as I normally miss out due to my GF needs. We felt it was a good location, easy to find, safe and well lit at night, and approx a 15 min walk to the main square and souks. After long, warm days, walking miles seeing the sites, it was bliss to return to Esmeralda for rest and relaxation, peace and quiet.

Cazarea este absolut superbă, centrala,detalii superbe, la cateva minute distanta de mers pe jos de atracțiile principale. Personalul foarte amabil, mic dejun traditional gustos, curat. Recomand pentru o experienta tradițională marocana.
