Fujisan Ryokan

雰囲気がとても良かった。 温泉のお湯も、すごく良かった。 お部屋も快適でした。

1つ残念な点は、お部屋にトイレが無いことです。 でも、共同トイレは綺麗でした。

Lovely old Japanese style place, I think it's very traditional. So many types of onsen, and English speaking staff will explain the important times when men aren't allowed into them. Also the food is absolutely amazing and generally a lovely area and atmosphere.

It's hard to get to, like most onsens, but they have no lunch or alternatives in the area so it's necessary to go to a town for lunch etc. It seems Japanese people don't stay long so don't expect to have a few days retreat. The nearby town isn't so interesting for most visitors. However any shortcomings of the Ryokan are made up for by the wonderful staff.

It was truly a relaxing experience. The river view was breathtaking. The onsen was also a relaxing time to unwind.

It’s a bit out of the way and although there was a shuttle service, we needed up taking taxis to the nearest station.
