Nothing - I would never recommend this place to anyone if you'd like to have a reliable place to stay.

Everything - we booked this place for the Taylor Swift concert. I booked this place OVER A YEAR in advance. ONE DAY before the concert (as I was at the airport), they cancelled our booking with no explanation. I got a "we are so excited you're coming/can't wait to host you" message and then TWO MINUTES later (see timestamps in photos), received another message cancelling the booking. I'm assuming the first is an automated welcome email that gets sent 24 hours in advance, but I'm not sure. Either way, the second email gave me THIRTY MINUTES to click some link, but I was at the airport checking in and going through security and never saw the email until after the link had expired so I'm not sure what this "offer" was that expired. Giving 30 minutes to click a link, with no phone call, before cancelling a reservation that has been booked for over a year is absurd. I attempted to contact the host (to try to give *some* benefit of the doubt and see if there was a reasonable explanation) and did not receive any reply whatsoever. Obviously to get another place a day before the concert (which was also a Saturday night and the night of one of her other concerts) was ridiculously expensive, especially compared to the price of this booking when booked a year in advance. I'm quite certain that they cancelled our booking and allowed someone else to book for a much higher rate. It made me give this place a 1.0 rating, but I would have ranked it a 0 or below if I could.

The location was excellent and the property owner was very attentive to our needs. Beautiful home!

The house was very nice, clean and very cozy. The Neighbours was also very nice and well as the staff.

Very cozy and nice

The house was very cozy and super cute..The master bedroom was huge, had a ceiling fan, and also had a private bathroom/ shower. The bed was very comfortable.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The rental was very nice. It had decorations for Mardi Gras, the bed upstairs was extremely comfortable and the house was very spacious for our group. Everything is recently renovated it seems. The host was also very attentive and responsive to any concerns.

Initially the hot water did not work, but after informing Greg, the issue was resolved within the hour. Other than that, I had absolutely no issues with this property.
