Very central location, but also quiet. Very nice decor. Comfortable bed. Fully equipped. Good communication with host.

The two sets of stairs at the property are VERY steep. There's no central heating: one portable heater for downstairs and AC for upstairs. It does heat up the place but it takes a while. No toiletries provided.

Amazing place for solo travelling. Has everything you need and feels like home. Everything in The Hague is walking distance to the center and a lot of food places to visit, Cafe, and gift shops around. As well as other places to visit for tourists!

The only negative is the stairs at the entrance if you have big luggage, but that’s pretty much it. It’s still worth the stay!!

De buren maakten ‘‘s nachts veel lawaai.

De locatie was heel goed, dichtbij de binnenstad. Het contact vooraf, over inchecken en parkeren, was prettig en de host was heel behulpzaam. Aangekomen ging de zelf check-in heel eenvoudig met een code. De accommodatie was erg schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Ook de bedden waren erg fijn. We raden deze locatie zeker aan!

This was a Great apartment! -I was here 2 nights, checked in late around 7pm, they sent me the lock box code for the keys. 2 keys, one for the gate at the street, and one for apartment door. Finding it was easy. - The apartment is amazing! its very well decorated, has everything you could need and more, they are very generous from board games to lots of good towels, to lots of cups and dishes. everything is clean and looks new. -The staircases (2 of them) and the bathroom are unique, they are a nice feature of the apartment. The first staircase to get into the apartment is almost a ladder, its very vertical, and the spiral staircase is fun. The bathroom is split on either side of the staircase. It has its drawbacks but i found it fun and unique. Bathroom had good water pressure and hot water. -Location is great, there is a grocery store less then 5 min walk away, lots of food shops around. its close to down town, my walking tour started only 2 blocks from the apartment. Bicycle rental around the corner. I think less then 30 min bike ride to the coast (ebike), and not far from either train station about 15min walk, with a subway station a block away. - They have a log book for guests, and also a very detailed info binder about the apartment, with maps and food and grocery info, and everything you would need.

Negatives: (im very picky) -The stairs would be the main issue for people. Everything else is perfect, but the stairs can be a challange for people. It was not for me. The only time it affected me, was carrying my suitcase, a large suitcase, up the first set of stairs, that is actually closer to ladder then stairs. And because of the weight of me and the suitecase the stairs were bending as they are just wood, i was afraid they would snap. So the first set of stairs is very steep, the second set, to go from living room and kitchen to bedroom and bathroom upstairs is a bit better but still steep. I left my luggage in living room instead of up to bedroom. But the rest of the time i found the stairs to be fun, and if i had smaller suitecase and didnt weight 23Kg the max they let you on a plane, then it would have been better. -The apartment door has to be slammed to close, even if you pull gently when it gives way it slams a bit. I didnt like making noise at night. it would be nice if it was improved to close more easily. -Nothing else, everything else was perfect.
