"Lovely apartment in a great location. Extremely comfortable."

Great location. Private, quirky and immaculate.
Ladder entrance was fine for us but it might be wise to be more transparent about it up front in case it presents a problem. (Elderly, unable to climb a ladder …) A microwave would be a good addition to the kitchen.
