Meraki Ortigia

Federico is a perfect host! He gave us a lot of advise and made a lovely breakfast (too much!) The place is clean, 2 minutes from the center and the hot water works :-) Would recommend 100%

Lovely, spacious and clean accommodation with a nice big terrace in the centre of Ortigia. Our host was very friendly and helpful, he supplied a very good breakfast and information. Would recommend this BnB.

Shower needs upgrading and water was not very hot.

Federico was a gem - if you're looking for a place to stay in Syracuse, look no further :)

Nous avons tout particulièrement apprécié le contact avec Federico, gérant de l'hôtel et vrai gentleman sicilien, qui a été aux petits soins avec nous (il aime clairement recevoir des convives du monde entier) et d'une grande aide pour nous recommander, entre autres, de vrais restaurants authentiques à Syracuse. Il a été également très réactif sur WhatsApp. Quant à l'hôtel, il est petit, voire familial (peu de chambres), cosy, au calme et au cœur de la vieille ville (Ortigia). Nous avons également apprécié le petit déjeuner sur le toit terrasse. Pour info, je mets rarement des avis sur les hôtels, un peu par paresse, mais je tenais à féliciter le gérant de cet hôtel "humaniste".

Rien, nous n'avions rien à ajouter qui soit négatif.

The property is right in the heart of the old town and Federico was the best host I think I have ever had. He was extremely attentive and helpful with recommendations and very friendly. The room was also spacious and great for my partner and I, and the terrace rooftop was a great spot for the mornings.
