I like the room very clean and roomy. Easy to go robinsons, st. Lukes, mall of asia. Very convinienf for everything. That's why i make it sure that everytime i go holiday in manila, i want to stay here

"Horrible scam!!"

This booking did not materialise. I booked it on this legit booking .com site but no show and no reply from the host. I am stressed and alarmed how this can go on without any checks!! Is this a scam???

I did not get anything from this non refundable booking. I am very upset and will lodge a formal complaint 🥺

"Constant toilet trouble"

The location is good.

We had issues with the toilet not flushing down during the entire stay. The host called for building maintenance on first request. Building maintenance used the plunger to clear the toilet and suggested the host should call a plumber to find the cause of the issue and fix it. The host refused to fix the toilet. Instead came with a plunger and ask US to use it and to pour more water. We were asked to put all toilet tissues in the trash can. My partner was embarrassed the whole time to use the toilet. It made the entire trip uncomfortable for us. When i asked the owner for some compensation for all of the trouble we went through. She refused any compensation and went quiet on the conversation until the stay was over. In addition, the bathroom was disgusting. The caulking around the shower and sink was all mildewed. The refrigerator wouldn't get cold enough. It is a spacious unit, but the hassle of having to leave the unit to find a decent toilet wasn't worth it.

I like the.room very clean and roomy. Close to everything like going to MOA Robinson's, Mc Donalds, Roxas blvd and if you want to go.shopping like in divisoria, LCT etc. Can fit 6person
