It was the first time in my booking history that I had to pay additional money for the property's heating. You will have firewood only for the first day of staying, then you should pay the extra cost for such basic things as the normal temperature of the property (I think it's probably better to include these costs in the rental price). Would be nice to have more detailed information about using the boiler for heating the apartment and during what time, because of misunderstanding from both sides, we had very low temperatures during the stay inside of the property.
FRExcellent service and willingness from the landlord to come at Christmas and prepare the cabin. I absolutely love staying in these chalets, maximum privacy, cosiness, a lot of space and peace for me and my dog. Thank you for everything. Fireplace was marvelous, water was hot, and there was even a Christmas tree and some candles. Many thanks and we look forward to come next time. Thank you for everything!
